Design & Build

A Fence That Fits the Property, Not Just the Property Line

Before we quote, we look at grade changes, drainage, sight lines, gate traffic, and the look you’re after. You get a layout that makes sense for how you actually use the yard.

Fence Styles

Styles We Build

Black aluminum ornamental fence bordering a manicured lawn

Black Aluminum & Ornamental

A crisp, low-maintenance look that keeps sight lines open. Powder-coated and rustproof — ideal around pools and front yards.

White Vinyl Privacy

Full-height privacy with no painting, ever. Holds its color in the sun and wipes clean after storms and salt spray.

A modern, architectural profile with clean horizontal lines. Great for contemporary homes and courtyard-style yards.

Shadowbox (Board-on-Board)

1

Precision Measurement

We walk the lot, mark the line, note grade and gate needs, and confirm style and materials before we quote.

2

On-Site Fabrication

Panels and pickets are cut and dry-fit to your run and your grade, so the finished line is straight and gap-free.

Questions

Fencing FAQ

We give you the drawings and material specs most HOAs ask for, and we build to the approved plan. Confirming the exact property line is the homeowner’s responsibility — a survey is the safest way — and we set the fence where you direct.

Black aluminum is the usual choice: it meets typical pool-barrier codes with self-closing, self-latching gates, resists corrosion from pool chemicals and salt air, and keeps the view open.

Vinyl costs more up front but never needs paint or stain and shrugs off humidity. Wood is lower cost and easy to customize, but expects periodic sealing in this climate. We’ll walk you through the trade-off for your yard.

Many residential yards are two to three days, including a day for posts and concrete to set. Larger lots, heavy grade, or multiple gates add time. You’ll have the schedule with your quote.

Yes — storm damage, leaning posts, sagging gates, and adding a run or a gate to what you already have. Estimates are free with no job minimum.

Yes. Chain-link is the most economical way to enclose a yard, a pet run, or a commercial lot, and galvanized or black vinyl-coated mesh holds up well to salt air. We build residential and commercial chain-link with matching gates.
