About Us
A Local Family Business Since 2008
Flow-Masters started with one crew, one forming machine, and a simple promise: show up, do it right, and clean up after.
Our Story
Built on Repeat Customers and Referrals
Flow-Masters is a family-owned company based on the Grand Strand, run by owner Justin Fowler and a small local crew. We’ve been installing seamless gutters here since 2008. Fencing was a natural next step — the same customers kept asking, and we already knew their properties.
We’ve stayed deliberately small on purpose. When you call, you talk to someone who will actually be on the job. That’s how we keep the quality consistent and the schedule honest, and it’s why most of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals.

In Our Customers’ Words
“I was tired of rain water run-off discoloring the exterior of my home from the colored dirt. I am now able to direct and conserve rain water to areas that need the extra water and preserve the look of my brand-new home’s appearance.”

“The simplest and most pleasant experience I’ve had with any company in the past decade. They came out and gave me a quote, which didn’t change throughout the project. Thank you to you and your team for the amazing work you did with my home and property.”
